Why I need a "FREE" ticket for a child

While children up to 10 years old can enter Vino in Piazza for free (accompanied by an adult), according to Gauteng regulations, we need to check the maximum capacity of the venue. So everybody needs a ticket, and it needs to be scanned at the door, so we know at any point in time the occupancy of the venue.
